A well known Jerusalem institution specializing in education of ADHD/LD students
on the high school level is seeking a Director of Development.

Defined as a part-time job growing to full-time within the year, the position
entails working closely with people who have been doing (quite successful)
fundraising on the fly, and now need to organize and focus their efforts.
Training and guidance will be provided by a member of the institution's board of
directors, who is highly experienced in the nuts and bolts of fundraising for
non profits.

A successful candidate will some familiarity with ADD/ADHD and LD issues, and
will have some or all of the following characteristics:
a.. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
b.. computer literacy
c.. good organizational skills
d.. a capacity for follow-through
e.. Rosh GADOL
