Please let me know if you've gotten dates for your appeals, or if no
one has replied to you.

I have a sneaky feeling that the Education Ministry is trying to
delay the appeals as much as possible, so that kids will end up going
to kitot mekadmot because they have no other choice. Then, once the
Education Ministry tries to push through the bill abolishing maslul
07 (which they are, indeed doing, for next year), they can say: see
all these kids were placed in kitot mekadmot; proof that we don't
need a maslul 07 anymore.
