Since the 07 was removed my daughter cannot get into 9th grade/ HS. She
was offered a kita mekademet, since only those are getting funding. I have
always kept her out of that type of class w/extra help etc. She has done
fine.This is 2008, kids w/learning problems can be in reg. classrooms. Not to
mention my daughter is devastated. Has anyone else had/have this problem? Where
is it best to start the fight? (Any lawyers out there, pls contact me privately)
