Anyone have any suggestions for cronic bed wetting?

Child has been treated with "buzzer" system-no effect, , minirin-both
spray and tablets-no effect, novitropan-no effect. (As well as no
drinking an hour before bedtime, etc.)

Child (10 year old) is currently taking concerta for ADHD and is
under the care of the clinic Urologist. Child has had ultrasound.
Family willing to consider alternative treatments or any other
suggestions that have worked. Family is in center of the country.
