if anyone has succesfully done the paperwork for getting nekudot zchut from mas
hachnasa either for a child with ad/h/d or another learning disability , and can
share the steps with me id appreciate it. in addition to the general picture, id
specifically like to know about the form (which i have) that asks the dr to
choose one of the categories
mshutak, blind, mefager etc... and what you do about that line.
