good luck. our experience has been that the
doctor will listen to your call on upping the
dosage without even asking for a teacher's form.
note also that ADHD behaviour is often due to
other issues (most commonly: language delays or
language based learning disabilities). do your
child a favour and consider a full psychodidactic eval too.
wish i could recommend a clinic with educational
psychs and a child psychiatrist/neurologist on staff.
