(I apologize for this being slightly off topic-but I have had several inquiries
about coaching
from people who work in the ADD field...)

Have you been considering a career in Coaching?

If so, you now have a chance to train
IN JERUSALEM
IN ENGLISH
with a HIGHLY EXPERIENCED, HIGHLY QUALIFIED U.S. certified coach.

This 15 week (45 hour) course will cover the foundations of coaching and will
provide
students with the skills required to coach individuals through transformative
periods in
their lives.

When you complete this program, you will be able to:
Conduct an initial intake session
Contract with your coaching clients
Establish trust and rapport with clients
Use coaching language
Provide the basic skills of the coaching process
Give individual assignments to your clients that are tailored to their needs and
that will
maximize their benefit from coaching
Use various coaching techniques, including the personal inventory, the "Four
questions,"
basic relaxation methods and guided imagery.
Speak persuasively about the benefits of coaching
Ask for and receive feedback about your coaching effectiveness
Upon course completion, students are required to attend an additional three
small group
supervision sessions.
Students will achieve greater clarity, health and commitment to their own goals
by
"walking the walk" (e.g. being actively involved and practicing the coaching
exercises while
learning them, and before using on others.)
During the program you will build confidence, improve your wellness, create a
personal
lifestyle ethic and build professional integrity.

For further information, or to arrange an interview, please contact me at the
number
below. Course space is limited, and acceptance of all applicants is based on a
personal
interview. (I reserve the right to make changes in programming as necessary.)
