P.S. We've just been informed that our 12 year old daughter, in a different
school, is sometimes skipping class. In addition to suggesting a mentor for
her, the school staff suggested maybe she could shoulder the responsibility
of helping a weaker student. Maybe that could help your son...

Suggestion: Print your son a page with his weekly class schedule on it. HIS obligation is to have a teacher sign it for each class. He is to show it to you...
