Serenity Prayer and conference approval

Just out of curiousity, since the short form
of the Serenity Prayer is given at the end of
the chapter on Step Three in the book "Twelve
Steps and Twelve Traditions," and that book
is conference approved, wouldn't that
automatically make this version of the short
form of the Serenity Prayer a conference
approved text?
