911Lifeline is a national membership organization serving the 9-1-1 telecommunicator and related public safety professionals.
As the nation's first responders, 911Lifeline's professional members deal daily with human tragedy and the darker side of life. This forum offers the telecommunicator peer-to-peer support, the exchange of information, and the discussion of ideas and issues for the betterment of themselves, their profession, and the public they protect and serve.

The mission of 911Lifeline is to:
Provide its members with a forum that promotes the highest standards of professionalism, education, and service.
Provide its members with a network for peer-to-peer support, mutual assistance, and the exchange of information and ideas.
Offer resources and services that support and improve the daily performance of the job.
Provide assistance to our junior members to help them succeed in their new profession.
Represent the 9-1-1 telecommunicator by contributing articles, commentary, consultation, and analysis to the press, mass media, and professional publications.
Foster a positive image, and better understanding of the 9-1-1 telecommunicator by their public safety colleagues, and the general public.
Seek out and maintain partnerships with other organizations and groups that benefit the mission of 911Lifeline.
