Hello My Family, My Friends & My FMily (fibro family)

I know for most of you it's been far to long since last you've gotten
any news from either Tracy or myself, for this I truly apologize and will
make every endeavor to do better in this new year....
Although December is one of those months you tend to embrace, the holiday's,
the gathering of family, that of many holy seasons, etc., it was one of
overwhelming obstacles for a few of us here during those times....
My deepest gratitude and love go out to My Sis, and Rod for being ever
constant in our lives as well as our hearts during those times- I love
them!....
My older brother "Bear" (John) was placed in the hospital twice for heart
repair, needless to say to most of you've always known what a strong hold to
this family he is and to possibly think the worst could happen was
unimaginable....
As for myself I've been bouncing from bad to worse with the pain index of the
FMS- and not getting along to well with "All" the doc's involved, but I'm
still trying to hold together the humorous side of it- what little is
left!.... <soft smiles>
Shortly before Christmas though my adopted niece Traci Lee just having turned
a wonderful 19yrs of full life ahead was taken from his world by a senseless
drunk of a mere 16yrs. old- it's not been something for me to easily cope
with at all.... And again my brother John was placed into the hospital, and
again with me fear raised it's ugly head, so as you possibly can see my mind
has not been to focused towards writing, although you all mean so much to
me....
I would in this letter also like to extend my heart and sympathy to Randy
and his family at the loss of his Father, God bless you all, you're in my
prayers....
I won't babble on here much long other than to tell you I'm leaving you all
with something to think about- as it was well needed for myself too....

Our life upon this earth we know as home is a short one and from true
thoughts of a message in a bottle this gift is to all of you who feel down
trodden, or the feeling that yours is a life that must be lived under the
glass bubble....
We shall travel this way but once, live and love to the fullest, for it may
never come this way again....

My softest hugs to all, my deepest love to each of you- and in my prayers you
all remain....

My moral- you only live once, if you allow it to
be in a glass bubble then you're not really living
nor loving at all- merely surviving!....
