they can be more insensitive than most would ever care to imagine!.... I
know!.... <sigh>
Do you have the book Fibromyaliga Syndrome- The Survivors Handbook? - There
is a complete text list on how to file your disability form in there, you
could also try writing to Fibromyaliga Network.com and request your needs,
they're pretty great about helping everyone out....
If by chance you shouldn't find it let me know and I'll try to photoscan the
copies out of my book for you, ok?....
