Thanks so much Dianne. I also tryed to get dissability,but did not have
enough work credits,lol.I work part time,for my parents in 1 of their
offices,just answering the phone,but miss doing hair.I did sue the other
ladys insurance co,and won a small settlement the first time,and just found
out tonight,I have 2 more disc hurniations and 1 pressing on my nerve,along
with my 2 from the last accident.I will sue again,for my damage and pain and
suffering I will go through the rest of my life.The money means nothing with
out my health,but at least I will get something out of these 2 no fault of
mine accidents.Keep fighting for dissability,and get a laywer if you must.I
would have got dissability,because I had lot of information and enough
medical evedience ,and a laywer,and other then being shy 2 work credits,I
would have got it,so dont give up.Most eventually get it,but you have to
have MRI,x-rays or lots of medical reports,and I had my Neurologist feel out
a work sheet from Dr,Starnyl,that I printed out on the computer,and he
filled it out,wich really showed how I could not even work 1/3 of a shift.I
had no money ,and my husband pays such high child support,that we can hardly
live,SO i had to go get a job,and I just are with the pain.It stinks we have
to suffer and cant get dissability,or ven get alot of people to take us
seriously,but I will not give up,and I will fight .I will emai lyou and you
feel free to do the same. Were the accidents caused by another driver? Hugs!
