Well...I got a message yesterday that my appeals case is finally going
before Judge Miller on Thursday October 26th, and asked if I could be
there, but, of course I can't since I'm forced to work. Please pray that
I will finally receive disability. I will have at least $11,000 coming
in back pay for over the past 2 years @ $400 a month since I first
applied in June of 1998. My only concern is the fact that I'm moving
from Tennessee to Florida next March and I don't know if I can transfer
my benefits, or what. Also, I hope they wouldn't make me return the back
benefits. I won't tell them until the first of February, and make it
sound like the decision was made at Christmas. Does anyone know the
rules and policies for moving out of state, a few months after being
awarded Disability? I sure hope I am and that I can just transfer it
and keep the back pay.
