Hi'ya,

Good to hear you all are starting to exercise.

Me too.

My rebounder is in storage, so till Donna gets the time to get it for me, I have begun

Rebounding on the side of the bed when I get up during the night...and in the morning.

Just little pulses...probably much like using an exercise ball to Rebound on.

I was watching PBS last night and did a few Yoga moves, from my chair, and felt the change in energy immediately.

I had purchased a Yoga tape that was designed for all purposes, many of the moves for those with physical limitations so I will be popping that tape into the player today.

I think we are off to a good start....V.

## Again, how high is high?
The body does not need silver as a nutrient, so anything over zero would be
high.

Monkeys eliminated 94-99% of an oral dose of silver in 48 hours. [EPA 1985]
That's between 1% and 6% "retention" of whatever the dose is.
An independent test showed that "ionic" silver was eliminated even faster
....in that particular human.

Assuming that elimination ends after 48 hours, how long do you have to
live and how much silver can you take over that time span, at 1-6%
retention, to build up any sort of harmful amount in the body.

At 20PPM, it's something like 150 years at a consumption rate that
doesn't result in death by water toxicity.
"Assuming" a "normal" metals elimination system.

Selenium plays a big role in eliminating and controlling levels of metals.
Not that many foods have any and those that do, depend on its being in
the soil they are grown in.
Not all soil has Selenium in it.
Eliminating metals depletes Selenium levels, so if environmental Copper
levels are high in your area, Selenium may well be low and the elimination
system, not normal.

Turning something into a mist is not "vaporization"
..it's mistification.

A nebulizer is not a vaporizer.
..it makes any liquid, nebulous.

A cloud is a colloidal water suspension, in air.
...water "dissolved" in air, is relative humility.

No, you're never ever a fool, at least not on the lists I see you on.

>    Question:  Where did you purchase your iodine?  Have used it but can't tell that it's doing anything.

I bought mine at my health food store - it's the only type they had (I'm in canada).  It's called Sea-Adine and is made from kelp.  It has 225 mcgs in a drop, and I'm taking 2 a day.  I can never tell when something's doing anything, and with this it's only been a few days anyway.  It certainly sounds as if it's good for lots of things, although I don't think you're supposed to overdo it.  I'm hoping that it'll help me sleep, but of course in order for it to work I have to get to bed and not sit here typing all night!

[There's a slightly odd fellow showing how to make Lugol's iodine in a couple of videos; his is strong enough that you can put some on your skin and tell if you're deficient in it or not by seeing how long it takes your skin to absorb it.  The videos are http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Znqej6FBxTA and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HImgijfyjiQ&feature=related, in case anyone's interested.]

That's great, although I'm not sure how you bounce on a bike, but now you've encouraged me to get out my rebounder and do some bouncing tomorrow.  I'm not sure that I thank you, but my body certainly will!  (Joining us, V?)

Ok, I just had to go back and reread her post. She said she was
on "high" doses of MesoSilver for 3 months. She didn't mention how
high was. Waited a month and tested when it revealed her silver
levels were high.

She said Frank at MesoSilver claims silver washes out in 3 days, but
according to her test, that is not true. Her levels are starting to
drop now and no lasting harm at all but she wondered what would
happen if she had been on it for years.

Hi Jen,

What I've heard is that the CS has to get to the place of infection
for it to be effective so nebulizing helps to deliver it in the case
of a respiratory infection. I've always nebulized with it in the
early years when I had a respiratory infection. Would also use a
touch of MSM with it. Worked very good. Haven't had an infections
in years, tho.

Hello RM,

interestingly a member on a lyme groups mentioned having an hair
analysis before starting on mesosliver and after being on it for a
while (can't remember how long she had been on it) and the later
analysis came back high in silver. She was questioning if others
had ever had that. Don't think most of use here have even had a
before and after starting CS (most make their own at home). She did
mentioned it didn't seem to have harmed her one way or the other just
the the test was high in silver after and not before starting.

Might want to give the salt/c protocol a try if you have lymes. The
ones that last though it have very good results, but most give up
before that. :(

enough. I jog on it, but find that it takes quite a while to work up
a sweat so I always wonder if I'm doing anything at all or if it's
the rebounder jogging for me! (pushing me up..) Maybe this will
encourage the 3 of us to start using them again. Did you jog on
yours, Gail, or do something more energetic like jumping jacks? (I
think I'd fall off if I tried them.)

thought about what I've been looking up these past couple of days,
wondering if it would help either of you, Gail and Virginia. Then
you mention it in your p.s. - Iodine, which is why I thought I'd
speak up. From reviews on amazon.com and elsewhere, it sounds as if
it can help in all sorts of ways. I bought some today and will start
taking a drop or two a day. (I'd say that I'll let you know of any
changes, but usually I don't notice changes very much and just have

What do you mean by 'horrible' stomach? Just curious, do you mean
indegestion of what?

Some have had kind of gas or indigestion when first starting on CS.
Probiotics is usually recommended for it or also simply going slowly
with the CD and not overdoing it.

I also use CS and am constantly amazed at the ways I find to
incorporate it into our regimen. I have a couple questions for anyone
who is "in the know." People talk about nebulizing it all the time but
I have also heard that the silver cannot be vaporized - that makes
sense to me since vaporizing is how you'd make distilled water - the
dissolved solids would remain behind. Does anyone have any definitive
info about nebulizing? I use it in my neti pot with amazing results!

Also - if anyone is using of for worm control in dogs/ animals (as in
one of the testimonials) are they doing fecals to check for efficacy?
I figure CS is good for the smaller buggies but I wonder if it is able
to get rid of worms and such...

wonderful, thank you for posting these, I have used it for well since august 2003 and think it has made a big difference in my health... not catching as many things etc... and with the peanut recalls... who knows what else we've been eating...??? my theory is that for every 1 recall we know about, there are 100 we don't know about or the company hasn't been discovered yet... and I think the silver real helps with this issue...

thank you again... did you put these testimonials in the files section?

- My 88yr old mother bathes her eyes with CS daily, and
her specialist says that she has the clearest eyes he has ever seen.

-Been feeling good whilst I ve been taking approx. one
glass a day. All family members got flu's and 24 hour virus but I didn t
catch it.

-Since drinking a glass a day I have not had any of the
colds that have been going around and I have even used it as a nasal spray
and drops in my eyes when they have been sore.  The gel is great for all
cuts and grazes and burns - you see the results overnight.

-I found that by being able to make my own I could take
whatever amount I found needed. In some cases I have taken a couple of
eight oz glasses a day to knock a cold form comming on and it works
wonders for me.
As with oncomeing colds ,cold sores only have a couple of days duration
with the same doses taken for a few days.
Also spraying regularly on sunburn has been really soothing and has bought
on quicker healing than if just left.

-Colloidal Silver works wonders for me for a lot of things and hope others
can experience some of the same results.

-Have been making our own colloidal silver for 10 years
now, we think we have had fabulous success on a variety of different
problems. ie shingles, sunburn, kids cuts and abrasions, teenagers acne, the
list can go on forever, no wonder the drug companies want to outlaw
colloidal water, it was the main ingredient of a doctors bag before the
new "wonder" drug penicillin. Dosage amounts vary according to ailment

-Haven't had a cold or flu since started having it.
Have it twice a day abour 2-3 tablespoonfuls. but have not remembered
every day.

-I purchased the plain sticks of silver and made my own
simple insertion element , and take it each day with my evening meal . I
have noticed a definate improvement in my energy level , only time will
tell of its' health benefits .

- I found when using the Colloidal Silver it made me
more regular. I also increased the dose when I was feeling like I was
coming down with something, I had a sore throat and it seemed to stop it
getting any worse, and did not develope into anything more.

-When I or my children are sick I tend to use small
dosage many times during the day, depending on sickness. When not ill,
just a small dose once a day if I remember.Dosage I use is about 8-10ml.
It is perfect for the kids because it hardly has any taste at all,
compared with prescribed antibiotics, which I know my kids will not take.
My father has no spleen after a motorbike accident, I put him onto CS and
he doesn`t get sick anymore, he swears by it now. Mum now takes it after
seeing how it has helped Dad.
Just one warning, stains laminated bench tops!!!

- I spent three and a half hours in a room with a
gentleman who chain smoked continuously. My sinus was so badly affected I
had to take the next day off. My head felt like it was going to explode,
my ears were totally blocked and so was my sinus.  I drank half a glass of
colloidal silver water that night and felt better within minutes. I
continued with 20mls every two hours the next day and also used a saline
nasal spray bottle which I filled to mist my sinus. The usual saga would
have been a trip to the doctor to get a script for antibotics and a week
plus recovering. I am a diabetic and it takes longer to recover from
infections. I usually stay well away from smokers! Well I was 90%
recovered the following day and no trip to the doctor. I am sold how well
this stuff works, infact it works so well I use it on nearly everything.
My immediate family are sold as well.

-Usually drink a 250ml glass a day as maintenance.
- Mother-in-law had a severe gum infection, dentist told her there is
nothing she can do about it, I got her to gargle CS for a few minutes, the
pus from the infection came out immediately and within a couple of days of
gargling CS the infection was totally gone.

- my dog drinks it every day, no need for worming tablets anymore.

- I follow the Beck Protocol (Blood electrification, magnetic pulser,
colloidal silver and ozonated water). The Beck Protocol actually works and
in my opinion is the single greatest medical discovery of all time. I
can't believe people don't know about it, I would recommend it to
everyone. You will feel on top of the world.

- I also nebulize CS in an ultrasonic nebulizer when I feel a cold coming
on, I have stopped colds/flu dead in their tracks in less than one day
when I would of been sick for a week or two.

-The stuff works and it works damn good, I just wish people were not so
stupid as to choose to not know about it. I've almost been ridiculed when
telling 'sheeple' about it at work, they think it's a conspiracy theory
otherwise the medical establishment would use it. Thats why they have had
4 colds/flu's this year, missed over a month of work and I am the only
person from a team of 10 that has not so much as had one day off for a
cold. Of course I always get the last laugh, knowledge is power.

-We have only been taking it for a couple of months but
my husband feels it has made a difference to his joints? no so sore. he
takes about 30 ml each morning.

-I was taking two teaspoons of colloidal silver daily
for a few months prior to purchasing the generator.  I now take three
tablespoons twice daily.  I must say that I have not caught a cold or flu
since taking the silver; I work in a casino, surrounded by coughing and
sneezing patrons/co-workers daily, and used to catch the flu or a cold two
or three times a year.

-I am having great results , I have not had any
Antibiotics for a number of weeks now ,I am normally on them permanantly .

- I suffer from Herpes and take a mouthful of silver
almost every day.
I have not had an outbreak since using the silver nor have I suffered from
sickness when feeling rundown and over worked.

-I successfully treated conjunctivitis by spraying it
on my eyes.
A member of my family had a bladder infection and it seems the colloidal
silver cleared this up.

-I have had some very positive results from using CS
and I am convinced it is well worth having in the home
It caused a cold sore which was huge and just breaking out to die off
within days instead of running the usual course they take.
I also bathed a small dogs leg with a serious wound in a jar full of it
every day, I would soak the entire leg in it for about five minutes, the
leg healed cleaner, with no puss or infection, faster than I have ever
seen anything heal before.

The best IMO is the one you make yourself. A silver puppy or Silver Gen 6
are good starter generators.

You were talking to me too, Gail.  I liked the way you were muttering to yourself (although you weren't - Mary, V and I were listening!).  I have a rebounder which is also not used often enough.  I jog on it, but find that it takes quite a while to work up a sweat so I always wonder if I'm doing anything at all or if it's the rebounder jogging for me!  (pushing me up..)  Maybe this will encourage the 3 of us to start using them again.  Did you jog on yours, Gail, or do something more energetic like jumping jacks?  (I think I'd fall off if I tried them.)
V......For a short time I had the Rebounder in my room but I kept bumping into it...I think I will ask my daughter to put it back and live with the bruises:)...I used it to actually Rebound...slight movement done on the balls of the feet...to open up the Lympatic System.

I don't know about the Lysine protocol, but as I read this email I thought about what I've been looking up these past couple of days, wondering if it would help either of you, Gail and Virginia.  Then you mention it in your p.s. - Iodine, which is why I thought I'd speak up.  From reviews on amazon.com and elsewhere, it sounds as if it can help in all sorts of ways.  I bought some today and will start taking a drop or two a day.  (I'd say that I'll let you know of any changes, but usually I don't notice changes very much and just have to trust that something good's going on.)

Hope you'll find a place to rebound, Virginia...

V....:) Thanks...going to try and work it out.
Mr. Edgar Cayce was a believer in the Iodine treatment but a certain kind...will have to google that...I think I even have a bottle of the special Iodine...from Baar.com...they carry a lot of his products.

Hello Virgina!
V....Hi Gail:)
Was happy to see some action on the list...wondered why it had gotten so quiet.
...

I'm so happy.  Two people actually heard me and responded.  I guess I
wasn't talking to myself.

You can google Pauling's vitamin C/lysine heart protocol and lots of info will come up.
Ofcourse they also sell their products, but the
basic plan for blockage is 5-6 grams of C & lysine with 1000 mg.
proline.
To just maintain if you haven't already had a heart attack
it's 3 grams of C & lysine to about 500mg proline.
They've also added COQ10 I noticed, but the main ingredients are the C and lysine.
They proline is something fairly new I think.
It's been a while since I've really studied up on it so am rusty, but I figured everybody should be on at least the 3 grams protocol.
....A WHILE BACK , IN AN EFFORT TO TRY AND CLEAR UP THE MESS OF HEALTH PROBLEMS I HAVE, I HAD A SPECIAL TEST DONE FOR THE HEART...CALLED A 64 SLICE CT.
SHOWS THE HEART PRETTY CLEARLY AND I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD A 40 TO 60 PERCENT BLOCKAGE IN ONE OF THE MAIN ARTERIES.
SINCE I DON'T EXPERIENCE ANGINA, THERE IS NOTHING THE DOCS WILL DO ABOUT IT...WHICH SUITES ME...I LIKE TO HAVE THE INFORMATION BUT NOT THE HEAVY MEDS.
SO THIS IS VERY INTERESTING TO ME, ABOUT THE C/ AND THE LYSINE.

I use to rebound every day and had worked up to doing around 30-45 minutes.  It was very energizing and really helped with lung issues.
Sure made me sore in the beginning, tho.
I never do it anymore and
my rebounder is now in the garage because it was taking up too much room in the livingroom.
LOOKS LIKE YOU AND I ARE IN THE SAME BOAT..
MIGHT BE WORTH IT TO BRING IT BACK AS PART OF THE DECOR:)

<sigh>  My grandkids really loved it, too!
lol

An easier method (I think) is simply sitting on an exercise ball and gently bouncing.
You don't have to do anything vigorous, just a
gentle bounce will get the lymphatic system moving, and no, <sigh> I don't even do that anymore. :(

I do however hold you in my daily prayers and am very glad to hear you are now a 'recovering' cancer patient.

Do take care lady.

Gail
ps. you might want to also google iodione and cancer.

JUST A THOUGHT, BUT 3 IS MY LUCKY NUMBER...PERHAPS YOU AND FRANCINE AND MYSELF COULD START SOME SELF CARE PROJECTS AND KIND OF SUPPORT EACH OTHER.
MY EMAIL IS vwolf21@... A THOUGHT..V.

Good Morning Gail...:)

You are not talking to yourself...I hear you.

I am interested in what you said about the C/Lysine.
Do  you have a site?

Also, I have a Rebounder...but no way to make use of it...sigh...my life is crazy!

Even if I could climb the steps to the basement...my daughter tells me the cat has taken over to the degree that it probably would be unhealthy to do any kind of breathing down there:(

She works so hard...and just cannot get the time to clean up....and  I just don't have the room up stairs for the piece of equipment.

I to have the tapes on the lympathic system and find them facinating.

Because I am now a recovering cancer patient...I should make it a point to Rebound daily...but I need to find a way to do it.

Do you rebound?  What are your thoughts /experience on this?

Also, I would like to hear any thoughts you have on the c/lysine subject...V.

Hello Group!

This site is so busy I just can't seem to get a word in edgewise! lol
Last post was 1-25, so thought I'd chime in a little.

Anybody here ever do Pauling's C/lysine protocol for heart/stoke
prevention that also did clinical testing after doing the protocol to
verify the improvement? You read really good results, but then again
every site has testimonials all the time. I was wondering if anybody
had any personal experience with it. I've done the protocol in the
past just for prevenative measures (I am getting up in years) but
didn't do a maintenance dose. I've strated back on it because if the
things I read about it are true, we'd be a fool not to be on it.

Also, on the Dr. West lymphazing questions. I have his tapes/program
on it and although they're somewhat hard to follow, they're worth the
knowledge to know how to do it. On other lists, the speed healing has
been tried and noted to work. It's been a while since it was
discussed, tho; but yes, it is a good thing to know that does benefit
health.

Anybody wanna chat???
