We have a local jewelery store owner who has bought a bar of pure silver.
Everytime he wants a strip of silver, he just cuts it off of the bar. He has
told me that he would cut and sell some if I wanted it. So I guess that someone
could buy a whole bar and have it cut at a resonable price.
