Ok, here is what is happening.  This organazation signs up every day with a slightly different name and spams.  I ban the name and erase the spam.  Does anyone object to me changing the setup so that new members have to be moderated for the first few posts?  As soon as they turn out to be real people we can remove the moderated status.  This same group is spamming across several of the lists I have and I have gotten rid of them that way.
