Yes, V we are off to a good start. I'm glad to have been reminded.
Don't understimate the small this. A health bounce is just as
effective. Also, according to Linda Brook, a certified (ain't just
about everybody got some kind of certificate these day. lol)
reboundologist, when rebounding for therapeutic effectiviness, it is
better to do 1-2 minutes of rebounding as many times a day as
possible. She says brief sessions, several times a day (even 30
seconds), are more therapeutice than 1 long session, because of the
repeated movement of lymph and increased production of white blood
cells. And according to her because of its boost to the immune
system and ability to completely flush the lymphatics in 2 (yes, only
2) minutes, rebound exercise, in her opinion, should not be
overlooked where cancer is concerned. She goes on to state she has
seen tumors leave clients who health bounced 2-3 mintues of every
waking hour consistently, followed a healthy diet for cleansing and
healing, and supported this with a strong belief in getting well.
Don't know which is the more important, but rebounding sounds like it
can't hurt ya.
