Glad to hear she is doing well. I hope she is able to get the trach
out soon. Brayden has ABR's quite often with his surgeries and he
seems to get a different result each time. Currently they say he has
severe/profound hearing loss in one ear and moderate in the other.
Some days I think he is hearing well and others I think he is hearing
nothing even with his hearing aids in. He definatley prefers to have
his hearing aids in though. He has learned how to ask for them now.
Of course that doesn't stop him from taking them out and pulling them
into pieces, but at least he knows that they help and so far he has
just ruined his ear molds which is a pain, but they can be easily
remade. Anyway--good luck and I hope Nicole has a speedy recovery!
