I thoght this was addressed at one of the conferences.  I recall something about narrowing of one of the intestines making it difficult to pass the bowels.  Morgan doesn't get "constipated" per doctor's term (means hard, dry stool).  But she gets impacted-- difficult to pass at times.  She takes mineral oil to stay lubricated.
