The group if for people that have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder or feel that you have the Disorder and don't want it controlling you; but you controlling the disorder. This group is only for people wanting to get better. Suggested reading is "The Angry Heart". It is a workbook; to work with by yourself and/or with your Therapist. Please do not join the list if you want to talk about just the bad times. I want this list to be positive not negative. Yes, it's okay to omit - "yes, I'm having a bad day". But, we don't have to stay that way; and I personally don't want to hear about how Life is rotten. I want to know that life is good and that I will get better. If you feel like me then please join this group.
