Darn, did I miss the part about the blood pressure?
OMG, have I been feisty lately.
Blood pressure is REALLY serious.
If you eat chips or pretzels, brush or pick as much salt off as you
can.
Little (or no) salt, dude!
NO BACON!
What else, cut smoking in half!
Cut HAM (that salty kind), down to once a month, tops!
And ya know what?
If you are on BP meds, gas is SO much safer. You conscious the whole
time. Just feeling really good.
IF YOU CAN BELIEVE IT, IN A DENTIST CHAIR.
GUY, ON A PHOBIC SCALE OF 1-10, I'M "11".
I kid you not.
But my BP is way low.
I am almost a vegetarian.
It is animal fat that clogs arteries.
Anything solid at you room temperature, clogs you.
Hey, if you eat fish instead of meat, you will lower you BP, all by
itself.
Go REALLY EASY on salt, right now, dude, till the weight goes down.
Always cut the fat off of meat, before you cook it, if you have that
opportunity.
Fish makes you loose weight and lowers blood pressure.
Plus, fish, veggies, and rice is brain food.

P.S. Why not try "one filling" on gas?
And raise your hand signals, if you are not comfortable.
You won't even feel the lidocaine prick, dude.
And the lower teeth, they can use the nerve block in your jaw.
But you can ask that they don't. I think it has side effects, (like jaw
damage TMJ).
All the procedures you are talking about are VERY minor, dude.
I promise no one anything. But I promise you will love the gas.
You will be conscious. (And if anybody says a joke, watch out.)
Once I was on the stuff, and dentist background music was on. (NOw ya
gotta realize, I hate most Elvis music).
Give Elton, but not Elvis.
Well, the music sounded so divine on the gas, that I decided that Elvis
was God.
Can I ask you something weird? I know some people who are heavy drinkers
that have high blood pressure.
Do you drink much?
Because if you do, I have a good thing to tell you.
(shut up, Jen!)
just kidding.... but the gas is great.. Promise!
Trust must be built, little by little.
I actually look forward to gas.
They put you on it, wait ten minutes, cone back and you are oblivious.
They use lidocaine too, but your hands are tingly numb, and you feel no
pain.
