dazzler about your blood pressure . is over 150 over 90 the doctore will
want to put you on a blood pressure pill. he can give you one that is
considered mild and see how you do on it. now as you know blood
pressures being high are silent killers. so to go on a mild bp pill
would be what you will need. you dont want to have a stroke esp with
kids to look after. now as far as your weight if you got that down
,your bp would go way down and maybe normal is all. so then you would
not need the pill.you may not be able to do this so then the pill is
there for you. it really is not that bad to take the one pill a day to
avoid a stroke and if you are to diet then it will help you in between.
as long as you are going to the doctors , dont worry it wont be that
bad. he is just looking out for your interest there and trying to help
avoid a stroke for you . we all get nervous and mostly because they
keep you waiting. remember you are the customer. you have the upper
hand . you just ask him to give you a mild one to start out with and go
from there. no need to fear the doctor for that. if your bp is really
high he may have to go with a little stronger one to get it down.
--as for the dentist well if you are afraid and he knows this he will
try to discuss what is best for you as he does the work. i imagine he is
going to do both fillings at the same time etc . as for the crown i am
not sure you need it and it cant be filled by someone. but either way
you wont know what is being done. be sure you go to the doctor first
and get the go ahead for the procedure as if you have hight bp you will
need to get regulated on the bp pill before the procedure and then you
should be fine. dr. first . tell him of the suggested procedure and ask
if the iv or the gas would be the better for you by the dentist. i
hate to go also as we all do but it is part of life and we have to face
up to it. remember there are people far worse off then you and this
helps you get through it. but put your mind at ease with the doctors
help of what is right and wrong for you as he will check you out before
hand.
