It's called the working poor.
If your medical expenses are over 10% of your income, you DO
qualify for Calif. State Medicaid.
And that is regardless if you own a million dollar house and
Mercedes or not..
It is based on INCOME only.
Is the PPO deduction mandatory?
Are SS deductions mandatory?
Are Unemployment Compensation benefit deductions mandatory?
(They do not encourage one to seek employment)
[this stuff I truly do not know]
I do know,:
Calif. State Medicaid, has many plans to choose, from. They
run approx. $5 a month for children.
It is called the Healthy Families Program.
They "probably" do not require any IRS copies, but I am not
sure.
The office is on Elder and Florence, in I.B.
Teh main lady there is named Renatta Chase. Her assistant is
named Belinda.
You have to ask for English proficient people there, though,
or an interpreter.
Take a list and get everybody's names you talk to, for
substantiation later.
Just in case.
So glad Whitney didn't have any tumor growth this
time.......!
