Hi List Members...

What really gets me going from an employer standpoint is how the folks at the
top of firm compensation-wise who are making 80K to the sky upwards have the
misconception that everyone can affort a PPO plan...(now easy Sue) but, BUT
not everyone can afford the 20% or more co-pay all the time when they have a
loved one who has a ongoing cronic medical condition. I know it's all I can
do just to pay $5 or $10 sometimes, and sometimes not even that. There are
lots of folks, just hard working folks who are in the grey area they make too
much to get help and not enough to really make it from a financial
standpoint.

It's called the working poor. If your medical expenses are over 10% of your income, you DO qualify for Calif. State Medicaid. And that is regardless if you own...
