I'm new in your groups. Having read through the message archives, I
realized that I was not the only one to experience fear when going to
the doctor.

I'm 20 and I'm really terrified. I have many relatives that work in
the hospital (doctors, nurses, etc.) but I admit that I become very
nervous when it comes to tests and shots. Especially the shots. I
can't stand it. I remember that time when I had a blood test. i was
10 back then. I really argued with the technicians and they have to
hold me (I think they were three guys). I was so embarrased! Also
the time I had a shot, they really have to hold me down, as in 6 men!

Please help me get rid of these fears...
