SMALL CELL IS WORSE!
Almost everlybody survives non-small cell.
Chemo. is essential. radiation and surgery if posible.
We had a freind you got Dx'd SMALL cell.
He did not make it one year.
There are cancer groups at Yahoo groups.
This is one area where I think doctors are the only way to go.
