I understand your feelings and fears.  I have a fear of being embalmed.  I have told all of my relatives not to have that done should I go first.  You can write a letter to your relatives and the medical profession (don't mail it), tell everyone where this letter is and to read it immediately upon your death.  Make your requests in this letter.  A will won't work as a will is not usually read until after you are buried.

 

Put your mind at peace.  Unless there would be unusual circumstances in relation to your death, your wishes will be complied with.
