I think you should test your blood pressure, really fast.
And maybe see if you have any red blood cells, too, as in "snaemia".
You could have a tumor.
19mm is not nearly an inch, is it?
You could be in danger if you have high blood sugar, too.
Have somebody listen to your heart, as there may be a correctable heart murmur,
with you not getting enough oxygen.
I'd get a quicky finger prick and a check up.
Just go to a GP.

anyone have any experience in this feild, or a place to send me for
more info?
