first of all tammy i need to know your age. if you are in premenopause
or menopause unfortunately dizziness goes along with it. women have
dizzy spells , sometimes a numbness in the back of the head. men never
so mostly that is. it can be from the middle ear also but for most it
is the aging of women and menopause. if you are younger then maybe
another cause like hereditary . did your mom have this problem. most
