You'd think I'd be ok here, right?
On surgeries, did they give you an antibiotic?
I remember a couple times Percodan didn't work, and nobody told me to take an antibiotic.
Within 2-3 hours of an antibiotic, I was totally fine. Before that, I was crying with ice on my face
from dental surgery. Like gimme a damn break!
Now I keep meds inteh cabinet and docs tell me it's ok to take thm, djh!
Antibiotics, not pain pills.
How about this:
once ia ah surgery, yeh, and I had to drive 85 miles home in bad traffic, ok?
The doc knew this. he also knew I had a history of addiction ($!!*@!)
I begged him for Naprosyn for the swelling I knew Id have later. He siad NO! IT IS FOR
ARTHRITIS INFAMMATION ONLY!
Do you know what Naproxyn is?
It is ALEVE! He would NOT give me ALEVE!
Back in those days, it was prescription only.
It is harmless.it is a NSAID drug.
Do you know what he gave me to swallow for the drive home?
VICODIN!
It had just come out, and was thought to not be addictive.
But it is an obvious opiate (hydrocodone)!
So well, I can relate to your frustrations. This guy was recommended to
me by my sister who is a pharmacist. No, I didn’t get addicted to the Vicodin. I was
lucky.
FYI, as far as I know, most post surgery pain is related to staph infection and the cure is “Doxicycline.” 4 days of it should do it.

Your plan works so badly for me that I go for decades without dental work becaue of the dammage done every time I go. I'm better off withoutany dentist. Maybe you don't have bad teeth.
When I wa a little girl, somebody invented flouride pills for children. They were chewable and candy flavered. My mother told me to take tons of them this resulted in soft teeth in my adulthood. These teeth of mine crumble if you just look at them. Dentists can't do anything for me except hurt me, make me look like shit, and charge me tens of thousands to do that.
