So much for the root canal and crown.  The tooth hurts like hell two years later, what stump of it I have left.  Who should I have pull this out?  Should I insist a dentist who pulls that peridontal ligament?  Hardly any dentists have even heard about doing that.

Another molar which is cracked got a metal thing around it to help and now I can chew.  Is it time for that crown then?

And then, how do you guys pay for your dental care?  Charge or pay in full from checking etc.?  Trying to bring debt down and HATE HATE HATE to charge but don't like living day to day in fear of growing broke either.
