My first question, Stacy is...how old are you?
Whitner is unlikley to make them pretty pearly whites with the discoloration you described. Implants are desirable...way in back you can get gold or silver which is less expensive...but what is viewable in the smile line should be replaced with single implants. If that is the case that many need revamping, it will be too costly for each tooth to be done that way. If you get the fixed bridge implants, you will likely need to have some teeth filed down and used as the post to secure them...food will trap underneath because they are suspended between those teeth...and do not look at all natural. So definitely do not go for the fixed bridge! Removables are best as you can clean them and not have any hassles once they are out of your mouth...when inside they work well for esthetics and function.
You can always get a partial to replace the missing teeth, some more fillings and keep brushing to keep what you have...otherwise have them all pulled. You know, a woman without teeth can be very sexy...with the softness of her lips, firmness od her gums and moistness of her tongue can be very nice to kiss...and you can take the teeth out...gives something to play with and fun for intimacy with your bf...I think you should be excited at the possibility of getting them removed and being fitted with full dentures! A new beginning and that way your teeth will appear "perfect" and all you need is to get them relined every couple years and replaced every 5 or so. That would be my recommendation!
Show us some pics of inside your mouth so we can see what you described!

Hello All.
I have a really bad fear of dentists. So if anyone out there knows
some easy way to overcome my fears PALEESE let me know. My teeth are
very bad. Very. I have a lot of missing teeth in the back of my
mouth that basically just fell out because they were rotted. I have
a missing tooth right in the front. My teeth are discolored. For
years I would cry myself to sleep because of how bad my teeth are. I
have had many many toothaches in the past. And trust me, I would
rather give birth to elephants instead of having a toothache. I have
gotten a little braver though. The last dentist I saw was about a
year and a half ago, told me all the work that is required to get me
smiling like Vanna White. I would need all of them cleaned, gum
surgery, extractions, fillings, and implants. I am trying to
overcome the fear. Even those words scare me. I have not truly
smiled in years. I would love to wake up one morning and just smile
my ass off. So again, any suggestions or inspiring stories would be
truly helpful at this point.
Thanks,
Stacy
