* Hope all is well in Seattle!

G: it is well ....... just shifting into a new phase ..... no more chat
sessions before meditation or satsang ..... nor afterwards as
many are becoming into the mindset that Guru is a hangout
friend ....
so am shifting into more quietness externally .....

* I am finally settled into our new home and finished with our
move. though we are living out of boxes at the moment, it feels
good that the hard part is over. =)

G: that is good .... the boxes will find a home soon .....

* it is interesting that you are asking for questions about
energy work, because i have been experimenting with it for the
last week. I'll start from the beginning.... during the move, we
were on the road for a week and living out of hotels. during that
week, i had no privacy for in depth meditation. after the first
couple of days, it started to take its toll and i felt tired, week, and
physically exhausted. as soon as i could i unpacked the mantra
cd from the boxes and felt the energy move. after that, i felt 100x
better.

G: glad to hear that you were able to rejuvinate rapidly ......

* i tried to explain how good it felt to my husband--but he
didn't understand.

G: that isn't surprising ...... one that hasn't experienced it will
have nothing to base it upon .....

* i told him to put both his hands on my head. as soon as
he did- he immediately jumped back and said "OH MY GOD!"
from the wave of energy.

G: hahahahahaha oh shocking .... yes it is Real .....

* later on that day, when energy was still high, i started to
give him a massage because his neck was tight. he told me
that energy poured into him and caused light flashes in his third
eye. i put my hands on his head, and a headache he had
vanished.

G: yes these things take place ..... even without needing to
*learn* reiki ......

* i put my hands on his lower back and he said the energy
vibrated the tail bone, and swirled in the stomach. i am not quite
sure how to do reiki- but whatever i was doing felt good to me
and to him.

G: stay away from the tailbone as it may activate Kundalini
especially since he is around you and vicariously around the
mantras daily ..... it still may activate ---- this is a real possibility
......

* The next night, I meditated with my roommate. he too is on
the path--except he is following the Qabalah/Tree of Life. when i
meditated with him, he said he saw different chakra colors
swirling. he had never experienced that. i told him that was
interesting because that is the exact things i see in
meditation--ever since i meditated with you, Swamiji.

G: again Yes when One is within a high meditation state with
Active or Completed Kundalini these things DO transmit .......

* he also told me he had pain in his heart area. i put both
my hands on his head. he said that blue light cut through his
entire body, from head to toe. i touched his heart chakra along
with the top of his head and he felt movement. i held it for about
10 minutes and then transfered to other energy centers.

G: it is good you connected the two ..... it brings more balance
.... it is IMPERATIVE for you to be in stillness and in balance
while working on anyone ..... there is a way to do this work and
a way not to ....


* i put my hands infront of him and behind him and pulled
energy through different parts of his body. i could feel my heart
opening as i was doing it.

G: good ..... glad you are within the Heart while working ....

* i put one hand on my heart center, and one hand on his to
see if i could get him to let go of whatever was blocking it. at one
point he couldn't talk because he was speechless while
something released.

G: also this is fine ..... and yes there can be many releases
along the way ....... each time work is done it goes deeper and
into more subtle bodies of consciousness to work .....

* i worked on him for about an hour. he told me that he felt
completely balanced and at peace.

G: Excellent ..... this is Exactly how it should go ..... there
should be balance - peace and expansion ..... when really
deep healing is needed there may be some days of residual
cleansing .... for those it is also good to see ..... when very toxic
things are arising advise a salt bath and rest ...... Energy work
can continue to process for a few days up to a week or more
depending on what is taking place .....

* haha the whole time i was doing this we were listening to
the "Swami Grooves" cd. ...it was nothing short of beautiful.

G: hahahahahaha music to heal by .......

* after all was said and done, i went to bed and felt so
humbled for the energy that burned inside. i prayed alot. the
energy inside was still high and it was hard to get to sleep
because i could here the nadi system in my ears. it sounded
like bugs and crickets on a warm summers night.

G: a crickets ---- that is good ..... try not to do to much energy
things before bedtime .... give yourself time to wind down
energetically ..... if need be take a shower and let some energy
discharge ....

* my muscles were twitching but it felt good, i knew i was
releasing something. then about 100 different memories
surfaced from childhood. i had never forgotten them, as i never
try to bury anything. they were just brought to the forfront to be
viewed and let go of. it is like i can feel things being stripped
from me.--and nothing has ever felt so good.

G: great !!!! continue to allow things to surface and be swept
away .....

* the next day i felt connected to my husband and roommate
--i am guessing because of the energy work???

G: this can happen .....

* not only that, but as each day goes by, i feel more
connected to you. this is odd to me, because normally when you
visit someone and have a connection, it is strong at first and then
lessens with time and distance. however, the more that
happens and the more i listen to your cd's, the more closer i feel
to you.

G: because Guru is not a persona ..... it is that kernel of Divine
Essence which you Are in the Heart of Being ...... One resonates
ever stronger with it as one grows .....

in light of these events, here are my questions on energy work:

1. is it ok for me to be doing this? i do not want to hurt anyone or
myself....

G: there are some things which should be covered ..... just
spoke to Siddhananda about this
and we are going to ask Rich to perhaps work with us to make a
Video that covers Healing using the
O Point Balance Siddha Cellular Release Method .....

2. is it possible to lose the balance you have given me because
of it, or will i always be in balance because of the shaktipat you
gave?

G: it is possible to give you training that will keep you in
balance as you are doing this seva for mankind ....

3. may i continue, or should i wait until i am more advanced?

G: it is too bad you are not closer as i prefer to work with you in
person to train in this Energy Modality .... it is beyond Reiki in
that you are progressing actually through the consciousness
levels that the symbols or Reiki are representations of .....

4. is this a gift that will hinder my enlightenment...i know i am not
supposed to chase powers, but the release to someone else is
neat. =)

G: you have to understand that it is possible to awaken
Kundalini in others doing this work ..... so the path should be
expained and open to them ...... it is important to not be in
doership while working ...
One should be in stilled mind meditation with Only Awareness of
the Energy Movements and releases that are taking place .....

5. is there anything i should do to protect myself? do i even need
to worry about protecting myself?

G: you are protected as your place is within the Reality of
Absolute .... Know that what is not of God is shadow without
substance .... there is nothing to fear ......

6. are there any do's and don't that is vital i should know if i am
allowed to continue?

G: don't work long over the end of the spine .... don't get into
doership .... Maintain meditation and the connection with Guru
and path ..... Stay in the balanced breath ..... Stay in the Heart
.....

* all else is going well. meditations are deeper, energy is
higher, and i am continuing to fall in love with this process.
sometimes my ears get sensitive to noise and vibration, but i
never worry about it and it adjusts after awhile.

G: Good ......

will see about getting a training video together ..... check
on energy workers out there ... if there are any Reiki practitioners
that would like to have training at a deeper level ......

also would your husband perhaps put together a site for
the Healing work and Training in it ?

the name of the system is 0 Point Siddha Energy Cellular
