* I was offline for awhile. I did the energy practice 6-7 times
in a row, each time the energy came up the spine faster and
more powerfully...the breathing became more forceful...and then
it stopped and became very slow and gentle. The hands felt at
first like they were holding a rock. Then the thought came that
since you live in my heart, these are not my hands, they are your
hands, and that awareness flowed out of the heart, down the
arms, into the hands, and the energy began pulsing between the
hands. And the whole body relaxed when I switched from me
doing it, to you doing it. Tears filled the eyes, big yawns, large
swaying motions...huge sense of melting away. The hands are
still radiating, feel very alive.

how is the hip ?

Namaste, alot better, did you get my email?

G says:
yes ---- but you neglected to say how it affected the hip

Jaba says:
I'm in such bliss, it didn't matter

G says:

well wherever there is pain use this ----
keep working on the area until the pulsing quits and there is just
stillness

nothing much else to say.... one surrenders all things ----
either to God or Guru it is an old methodology
then Grace appears for there is no personal self doership ....

personal self doership is so heavy, I am so ready to surrender it

G says:
ah smart choice

Jaba says:
and you are showing me how to let it happen

G says:
it just takes place ---same as how faith works
get out of the way and don't doubt.....
it is so easy it is difficult
