* Time for a progress report, I am sitting here already for a few
minutes
looking at what is here so I can find the right words
I wasn't really coming up with anything so I thought just start typing
and lets see what happens....

ok, now I will continue to look-
There are thoughts, they are in the front of the face and I am watching
them.
back to looking what is here.......
There is this settled state which is with me everyday, it is consistent
and new shades of it occur daily- this has not stopped since I took
Diksha nearly one year ago, it speaks for itself in terms of knowing it
is the right thing going in the right direction
The difference now compared to the beggining times since diksha is this
settled state- distinctively noticed is there and noticed all day now-
maybe 95 percent of the day but even in the begining maybe it was 70
percent - but forget the percentages because I am not sure
There is 4 key things i know I can do, I remember the number 4 because
then I can look it up in the memory- what the 4 things to are. There
is this nice experience with the memory in general anyway where it is
like smothered out but there also when needed .
I think I am more in the present than ever, not fully and not all the
time but the most ever allways compared to how it ever was so that is
progress, new shades of "deep" occur daily.
Nothing flashy here but overall this whole thing is awesome. Lost in my
own world, memory doesn't nail down how it was before in terms of
experience- something like I only know what is here now, and it is the
best ever, and each day since Diksha has been better than the previous-
give or take, but basically it seems like progress daily and this has
not stopped since Diksha.
This moment now is some sort of flavor of depth that - I would like to
think is something I never had before but forget about all that - this
moment is very settled.
Maybe this is boring to read , it was an experiment to look what;s here
and then give a report.

I am not going to edit this at all- this is what came out.
However, I just read it, I will leave it but these 4 things which are
part of the practice and what i try to keep up all day (my experience
is it is anywhere from 0 to all 4 at the same time going on the entire
day)
1. observing the breath
2. the mantra going
3. living in the heart- seeing and hearing but not (new way to describe
it- haha)
4.come back to the present
G good list to remember - am glad that things just keep progressing
for you day by day. Am happy to get this report.
