Thank you G. I receive your blessings with love and release them
in turn to all beings.

G: when it is given to One it is given to All .... as there is
only One at core Essence ....

* I do most deeply understand that this is just a way station and
that the Sat Guru will arise .. again, and the full realization is
the beginning and the end, and then again, nothing. And that it
may be a long while yet for this being.

G: Sat Guru's on the external are those who aide one to break
through the dualistic endeavors to Uncover That which has Always
Been and always remains the Unchanging Constant that runs like a
thread through all of Shakti's Prism manifestations......

* And yes, those running the Vipassana retreat haven't a clue for
the most part, however they are well-intended and providing a
service for the majority who are earlier on in their journey.

G: they give an excellent place and part of a practice that aides
in the journey ....

* Please be assured there is no romanticism or attachment to any
of the intuitions arising, or the kinesiologic 'proofs' ... rather
let it be said that there appears to be a progressive
revelation of something very beautiful that is like sun peeking
between clouds and it is a light that the discursive mind is
following with attention ... but again, with no attachment.

G: in the end it is best to simply enter wholeheartedly the
practices as instructed by a Sat Guru that has completed the Whole
of the journey ....

* It is acknowledged the kinesiology in this respect is only a
bridge, but it has permitted emergence of a picture and a
relationship between a cohort of certain beings who are related in
a purpose (albeit involving action within the field of the
relative/duality), but for a purpose that is simply in fulfillment
of a promise, the bodhissattva ideal, that one's final liberation
may be offered in aid of and for the benefit of all beings, that
they may also be liberated.

G: the Sat Guru is already past this bridge.... the particulars
that remain as distinctions in the world of dualistic heirarchy is
no longer of a focal point .... the Sat Guru rather goes
unhindered beyond these distinctions to aide in Unfolding That Which
is the Perfection of Infinite Potential ....
the rest of the dual happenings are like smoke and mirrors within
the transient play .....

These holdings to being a special cog in the wheel can
inadvertently keep one on the very wheel they are attempting to
break through..... it is a part of the journey that is most
difficult to transcend ...

* This is not about perpetuating the Hawkins 'bandwagon' ...
rather it identifies a specific limitation in his use of
kinesiology, a blindside, by virtue of an unconscious limitation of
what has been held in mind as he has formulated his work and shared
it, setting aside the 'guru effect' and all that unfortunately
attaches to most who choose as part of their path to become a public
figure/visible teacher.

G: what *guru effect* ??? a true Guru is there to dispell the
darkness so that the ever present Light may be entered into
Fully ......

this sounds like the usual you don't need a guru and yet what
takes place is that the *non guru* is held in place as a guru ....
there is no need to play the game of pretending to
not be a guru when in fact you are working toward dispelling
darkness to bring light ..... so whatever *guru effect* is in place
has nothing to do with being a True Sat Guru ... it has more
to do with the attachments of traditions and dogmas within the
externals....


* Unbidden but not forbidden, I attach two pieces. The Mandala
Brief ... is the first part of a complete picture (parts left off as
they include information intended only for one other person). The
other 'Sedona/Relic Tour' piece is an earlier compilation which is
included in the first but provides more of a narrative and the basis
for other work. These pieces are intended in terms of service to
the divine, brahma, all that is, and all beings, as is your
website ... no real difference in intent, just the means. They are
a synthesis of hundreds of arisings of mind/intuitions ... leading
like doors to the next.

G: i think you mean Service as Flow of the Divine Brahman ...
Brahma is seen more as an idividual within a pantheon as the aspect
of Creator .... Brahman is beyond that as the Divine Seed Essence
without name or form ....

* As a realized being which I believe you to be, I speculate
these might speak to a place in your 'soul' memory as well, as it
has has to the other K Awakes who have similarly found a resonance
with the glimmer of their own Sat Guru that lies just beyond the
veil.

G: a Realized Being doesn't cling to soul memory --- that has
Blown Out (it is a dim memory) ...
there is not a resonance with a *glimmer* of their *Own* Sat Guru
beyond a veil .... a Realized One has no veil .... no *Own* of
separation.... what remains is Sat Guru ... Living Breathing Truth
of That Consciousness which is Para Brahman ...... this is why
they are a Sat Guru ..... they are ones who have had the veil
imploded .... it is no more .... there is simply the Awareness of
the Infinite Truth of IS ..... a Sat Guru which appears to be
external to you while you are within the mind of duality reaches
Within and touches that Eternal Truth which begins to
resonate ...... a Sat Guru Knows the territory and the supports
of ego which need to be dissolved and the way to do so - so that the
sadhaka may finally enter into the Door of the Holy of Holies ....
where what is found is not a bigger better me ... but rather that
the me story is only an echo and effect within the motion of
Shakti .... What is Real and Unchanging is that Divine
Essence - Unborn - Pure beyond - permeating - and transcending the
transient play .....


* I am/we are simply looking for meaning in this ... and finding
others who resonate. When the students are ready, the teacher will
appear. I think we're all just getting ready.

G: hahahahaha teachers are already in place ( but do seekers have
the eyes to see ? are they truly ready or are they still chasing
endless drama ? ) .... Sat Guru's are ONE - outwardly seen as
many but the consciousness holds only One Reality .... some are
just getting ready ... some have already made the Whole of the
journey ....

* Love and blessings (for your patience ... if you would be so
generous as to exercise it in this respect).

invite it.

G: you cannot sell a limited awareness and aspect to One that has
gone beyond those limitations... patience is in explaining to you
the difference .... how far do you want to go ? all the way
or do you want to remain in holding to things which are only echos
and keep echos in place...?

Mandalla


A Mandala

It has been given to this writer to become aware of, or it is his
delusion to think that he knows of the existence of the truth of a
secret mandala of Celestially originated Bodhisattvas (COB) who have
been incarnating continuously in human form on earth for thousands
of years. In September, 2005 there were 3354 of these COB's living
on earth. Their dharma service has been assisted by a host of
Celestially originated Angelics (COA) who have also taken human form
on earth, variously for as few as one or two, but often many more
lives. In September, 2005 there were 778 COA's living on earth.
They have joined the majority of `human beings' on earth, who have
not known celestial origins, and who are themselves angels in the
process of becoming, with experience of consciousness/life only on
the earth plane.

Their dharma service over the millennia has been to assist
the `second coming' of Christ Consciousness, as represented by the
Buddha Lord Maitreya by being scattered to every corner of the earth
to live and work side by side with all human beings and be exposed
and to absorb and transmute every aspect of the human condition,
sukkha and dukkha, the best and the worst.
When each came to the Earth plane, effectively they offered their
merit or the relative weight of their accumulated attainments
(paramis) to the balance scale of humanity, as `ballast' in support
of mankind's spiritual journey and then each assumed the first of
many, human lives, each time with no cognitive memory of their
celestial origin, and have repeatedly through their own efforts in
their human lifetime(s) struggled to re-realize the Self, or their
own Divinity.
While many may have been fortunate to have been born within a
cultural context that actively sought and returned these `Tulkus' to
the care and nurturing of their Mind, many have whether for karmic
reasons, or arising from specific volitional undertakings in dharma
service, most often traveled alone and unknown, or within small
karmic circles of fellow dharmawayfarers (often unknown even to them
that they were `related' in purpose) and have been like the salmon
swimming back to the spawning ground, lifetime after lifetime.
This implies that they have assumed all of the daily life challenges
and responsibility for making free will choices that are presented
to every other `human being' on earth. The `school of hard' knocks
has applied equally, as has the opportunity for both creating and
resolving karmic potentialities.
Karma can be made and resolved by `wrong and right actions'
(intentionality's of integrity or non-integrity) and appear to be
related and in full effect at both a `personal' as well
as `collective' level.
That is, in their daily lives they have been creating and resolving
karmic attachments at a personal level, but are also transmuting
planetary karma in the `samsaric fields of life/attractor fields'
they are moving through (as step-down transformers connected to the
Divine) as they continuously re-realize and move forward (and back)
to their Original Mind.
As referred to earlier, each of the COA's and COB's when they came
to earth `deposited' their merits or Paramis into the `balance'
scale' for humanity. One may think of this accumulation of Paramis
as a `light bank'. Each of these COA and COB's left all their
previous merits `on the other side' and entered the earth plane with
an account in this bank of Paramis.
If one envisages a scale of levels from 1-1000 (progressively in an
ascending logarithmic relationship from each number to the next
highest) being the field of merit/or light that may be contained
within the energy field of a human being, or thought of as the
maximum containable account before it is necessary or possible
to `cash out' (leave the earth plane), each of these COA and COB's
when they first entered, had an `account' with 999.999 `credits'.
This is the same scale posited by Dr. David R. Hawkins written works
like `Power vs. Force', as related to his levels and map of human
consciousness (LOC). The aggregate of such `accounts' of all the
COA's and COB's represents a collectively formed portal through
which high vibrational `light' energy may flow to earth and
lower `dark' or dirty energy may be transmuted back to light. It is
in relationship to this that the real understanding of the role of
the `COB's and `COA's may be more clearly understandable as `step
down transformers' to the Divine through the `filters' of their
great hearts.
Each COB and COA is linked etherically via their crown chakra to
their `personal account' within the bank, which balance may rise and
fall with the rise and falls of their personal karma and
personal `fortunes'. This co-relation relates to the amount
of `light' energy that is available collectively to be returned to
the earth plane, to augment the contributions that all earth
originated beings may contribute via their own efforts towards self-
realization, and accordingly, to the bank of merits/paramis, or the
light.
As it is a reality that every human being may easily become lost in
Samsara, subject to the temptations of an unripened mind, it is also
possible for the `COB's and COA's to become overwhelmed in the
attractor fields of humanity, and to `lose their way' and suffer
setbacks in their return journey to re-realize the Self.
Some of these COA's are especially sent in incarnated human form to
assist their celestial brother and sisters, those Celestially
Originated Angels and Bodhisattvas who have become `lost' in samara,
or whom are struggling, or may need to accelerate to `catch up' with
the unfolding of Divine purpose, of the coming of Maitreya.
Such an Angel, by the name of Luc, who is in the direct service of
the Archangels was sent to assist this writer in his own healing and
re-alignment to his divine purpose, and as a partner in the
revelation of this secret mandala.
By recognizing each other and working together (it is the second
incarnation they have shared) Grace has been granted that they may
together understand and now share the relative positioning of the
way stations that their brothers and sisters have reached (see table
below).
One of the revelations they have learned and shared with Dr. Hawkins
based on his work (to no apparent avail as yet), is that the use of
applied kinesiology (k-testing) to determine the level of
consciousness (LOC) of a human being, does not properly provide
insight into the position of COA's and COB's who do not fall within
his presently unstated paradigm, due to an underlying assumption on
his part that COA's and COB's do not exist on earth (including
himself in this oversight). Thus the writer and Luc devised a
necessary second `k-test' or calibration based on Dr. Hawkins' work,
that positions the level of awareness (LOA) relative to LOC. It
is the LOA reading that best relates the progress of the COA's and
COB's in terms of the re-realization of Original Mind.
Of 779 Celestial Angelics now incarnated on earth in human form:

Little is known to either Angel Luc or the writer at this time as to
the whereabouts of these celestials, of the degree of their own self-
knowledge as being celestially incarnated angels or bodhisattvas, or
of their level of awareness with respect to the existence of others
like them. Based on a scale of 1:1000, where the first relative
level of enlightenment is re-attained at 600, as it may be seen the
different `cohorts' are widely arrayed within the ranges of levels
of awareness relative to levels of consciousness. It would appear
that a significantly greater proportion of the original number of
COB's than COA's have moved past the 600 point (opening to
enlightenment). While no COB's are below 500 (the level of love
being predominant in their daily choices with the rule of
intellectually driven ego being subservient), an unfortunate
proportionate number of COA's are still struggling beyond the
comfort of the realized power, manifestation and predominance of
Love to guide their lives.

What is known to the writer and Luc, based on K-Testing, and by name
in several cases, is that at least several (the relative level of
enlightenment on a scale of 1:1000 being 600) enlightened
Bodhisattvas and Angelics, are actively working as healers and
spiritual teachers.

By Grace and seeming `purity of karmic view', it has come be known
by this writer that there is in place at this time a Divine
Blueprint or Plan for Earth and it's intended fulfillment is for the
benefit of all beings who are incarnated there, who are incarnating
and will in the future. This plan has been in play since the
beginning, and now is coming to the end of a cycle within many
intended cycles. While the majority of beings incarnating on earth
are `soul/life' streams who have never known incarnations in realms
other than the Earth plane, and who now for the most part are in
fact Angels in the process of becoming, the progress of their
evolution towards the intended realization of their innate Divinity
as part of All That Is, has always subject to the exercise of
individual and collective free will by incarnate beings in the earth
realm.

The Divine, God, Brahma, or perhaps more appropriately that which
has no name, is ineffable, all pervasive and the source of all, has
seen fit to lend assistance to collective self-realization of
Divinity on earth by the many by allowing highly advanced acolytes
from celestial realms to incarnate on earth and who themselves are
progressing successively to higher levels of Self-realization
leading to the final goal of absorption in the Divine.

As previously stated, a distillation of this Divine Plan or
Blueprint includes the coming to earth in human form of celestially
originated Bodhisattvas and Angelics, for varying levels of service
as reflected in the `Sedona' document as previously prepared and
calibrated by two servant acolytes of the Divine which is the basis
for this further synthesis of the secret mandala.

In this regard, these servants have answered a call from their `soul
memory' or akashic record, or whatever terminology the reader may
choose, that was understood and agreed upon before they undertook to
reincarnate on the earth plane again, one for the 166th time, the
other for the 2nd time, to work together again.

One of these beings, is incarnated in human form as Luc a
Celestially originated Angelic who is linked in his service to the
world service of Archangel Michael. The other is the writer, Alex,
who is the human incarnation of a Celestial Bodhisattva in heart
service as a disciple of the Buddha Maitreya. Luc is a member of
the Canadian military, Alex is a healthcare executive.

These unlikely pair, Angelic and Bodhisattva have been brought
together to be catalysts to the bringing together in physical space
and time on earth of a large number of celestially originated
bodhisattvas and angelics for an awakening to their pre-agreed role
(s) to be part of a `human'mandala of beings dedicated to the
release of light and love to the hearts and minds (bodhichitta) of
all beings in order that as many as possible (if not all) may be
liberated.

There is a cycle among cycles that is coming to an end on or about
the year 2012, in which this coming together of the `human' mandala
of celestial angelics and bodhisattvas is an intended part of the
Divine Plan. A part of the process of the formation of this mandala
will be the direct and distance healing of the last cohorts of COA's
and COB's who have as yet to pass through the door to re-
enlightenment, linked in someway to a revelation to every member of
their respective cohorts at all levels of awareness, of their
celestial origin and purpose – to work together, and re-open the
flow of `light' to it's maximum possible, to the combined nth power
of their collective devotion and direction of intention.

G: while this sounds good one has to be willing to go beyond such
self important missions etc... this type of transient importance
holds one to the wheel of karma and separation.... one has to be
willing to let go and Transcend the ideas of celestial origins etc.
in order to enter into the holy of holies which has no such
respector of persons and missions etc...
