Be glad to.
I recently visited Swami-G and had the 0-Point Balance
energy work performed for the first time. I have
never experienced Reiki so I can't compare the two,
but I have experienced a modality called Zero
Balancing which I have posted about previously. So I
just wanted to briefly describe my experience with
0-Point Balance and how it differed from Zero
Balancing.
Zero Balancing has to do with affecting the structure
and energy of the body simultaneously via the skeletal
system. It was gentle and relaxing, and I felt a
loosening and lengthening of the major joints in the
body. As I described earlier, a couple of the
fulcrums induced a momentary feeling of happiness and
joy for as long as the fulcrum was held in place. A
few days after the treatment, I seemed to feel more
integrated as a whole.
Now the 0-Point Balance work that Swami-G does is
similar in a way, but the effects were much more
powerful. The moment Swami-G places hands on you, a
consciousness shift takes place and you no longer feel
trapped in the body but feel more like you're lighter
and kind of floating. It seemed much easier to
describe the experience of Zero Balancing, while
describing 0-Point Balance is much more difficult.
It's like you feel waves and pulses of energy moving,
and several times throughout I absolutely could not
help but smile and laugh out loud. I don't know why I
was smiling and laughing, but it was wonderful. I
understand that people have different experiences and
not everyone will experience it the same way I did.
Swami-G moves through the body, placing hands, sensing
the moving energy, and balancing it out til it flows
evenly, she later explained. I seemed to be in an
altered state almost the entire time. There was no
need to think about anything, no worries, no internal
mind chatter, it was very peaceful and not what I'm
used to. I was not limited or confined to my body
laying there on the table.
They say that joy is our natural state, and this work
brought me closer to that joy. It wasn't my normal
state of awakeness, neither was it dreaming or
sleep...it seemed to be something in between. Maybe
it was just waking without the tension, thought, and
worries I usually feel stuck and trapped in. In any
case, it was truly a wonderful experience for me. I
look forward to receiving this work again. It lasted
maybe 45 minutes to an hour as far as I could tell,
and afterwards Swami-G let me lay there on the table
for awhile to process what had taken place. It took
me 5 or 10 minutes to fully come back and able to get
up off the table. It was amazing, to feel naturally
peaceful and joyful from the inside out.
While I was very much interested in learning Zero
Balancing before, which requires many courses and a
certification process...having experienced both ZB and
0-Point Balance, I'm much more interested in 0-Point
Balance as the effects were dramatically more powerful
and the process is far simpler. As I said before, I
look forward to experiencing this work again. Thank
you for allowing me to share, and I hope it's helpful
to those who wanted to know what it was like.
Namaste,
John
