Namaste Swami G!
Some mind stuff and behaviour is getting very boring and i really want
to get rid of it. For instance, i do not want to feel anger any more
since it just does not lead to anything i want.

The mind is stilling more in terms of time of mind in stillness. While
there, i can induce some kind of deeper state which feels even better
and the buzzing in the energy body slows down a lot, while still eyes
open, observing (or closed, for that matter). The only remaining
observed thing is then buzzing in the feet. What are these different
states?

Everyday life situations sometimes feel a bit more like a play, so i
believe and hope that this means entering witness state. Do you think
so? I really long for getting along towards the goal!

Dreams are more vivid. They contain a lot of jumping and flying,
passing through walls etc, often wonderful! Maybe there are crap
dreams that i do not remember. Will the content be released also if i
do not remember it when awakening?

With energy work, there are a few questions. If i stimulate e.g. the
feet with mind, the buzzing increases, indicating higer energy flow.
Is it a good idea to do this?

Since some time, the deep breating does wonders for the energy flow,
in a much more powerful way than earlier. Is Kundalini potentially
faster when the energy flux is higher? For some reason i don't get
dizzy from all the oxygen, as i used to before Kundalini, strange.
What is all the energy used for in the body, other than building up
the energy body?

I talk of about the energy body here, which sums up to two together
with the flesh, but you say there are three bodies. What three bodies
and for what purposes? There seems to be one that is rarely mentioned.

And then, what can you say about being in flow and allowing things to
happen, the mind acting with intention and the difference between the
two, to make me understand better?
